Leslie Miller is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) responsible for Corporate Strategy & Business Innovation, Finance & Accounting, Facilities, Customer Experience, Information Services and Dealer Technology.

Leslie’s strategic vision and expertise is instrumental in steering the organization toward continued success. Her commitment to driving efficiency, fostering collaboration, and strengthening customer engagement plays a vital role in shaping the future of Toyota Canada. Strengthening financial performance, optimizing operations, and fostering organizational growth are key priorities of hers.

Leslie started with Toyota in 1998 and has built her knowledge of the automotive industry through various roles across both the manufacturing and sales organizations and through partnering initiatives with the Toyota Dealer network.  In addition to her extensive Accounting and Finance expertise, Leslie has led several other key business areas including her previous roles as Chief Information Officer and Director of Human Resources, Corporate Planning, Legal. 

A customer focused, passionate and enthusiastic leader, Leslie believes in developing others and their skills in an environment of continuous improvement to achieve optimal results for associates, and the organization. 

Leslie holds her Chartered Accountant (CPA,CMA), Chartered Director (C.Dir) designations and is a graduate of Brock University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
